RETURNS POLICY:
Returns are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, but will happily provide an exchange where possible, or a credit note is offered on full price returns. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used for split purchases.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Original receipt must be obtained as proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in original, unworn, unused and saleable condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Items must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered.

Wildwood Living reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition as they were received. No returns or exchanges on Sale items – prices are marked accordingly, and sale is final. Jewellery cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty. Returns will only be accepted if all the above conditions are met. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and tracking is highly recommended.

SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping through Australia Post on all orders over $150 within Australia, excluding gift boxes/bags (see below) and oversized/bulky items which will be calculated accordingly. On all orders below $150, we offer flat rate shipping through Australia Post of $12 per order within Australia., excluding gift boxes/bags (see below) and oversized or bulky items, which will be calculated accordingly. Orders placed during weekdays will be posted within 1 – 2 business days, pending payment and stock availability. You will receive a tracking number via email, once your order has been shipped.
GIFT BOXES
We offer a $26 flat rate courier fee for gift box/bag orders delivered within a 40km radius of Wildwood Living. After placing your order online, we will contact your for payment of the courier fee. Orders placed before 11am on weekdays will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 11am or on the weekend will be delivered the next working day.
Please note, we do not currently ship overseas.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Regular Express Post does not obtain a signature on delivery, so to guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone there to receive it between 9am – 5pm.

Wildwood Living does not accept responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged parcels once they leave our premises.
